Faraday Motor Works was named in honor of the pioneer in electric motors, Michael Faraday. What could be a more fitting tribute to this great man than to develop a corporation which is dedicated to produce practical zero emission vehicles. The first of these vehicles will be the Galatea. Our future plans include production of an SUV, five passenger compact sedan, battery packs and a whole house battery backup system. The battery backup system is an secondary use of our unique battery packs to provide an uninterruptable whole house power system.
